ACADEMICS
As Delta Zeta’s we value our academics and require all sisters to maintain a GPA above a 2.7. This pushes us to do the best we can in our classes which can help us secure jobs after graduation. Delta Zetas are also required to complete a certain amount of hours in the library to work, based on their GPA, to ensure that time is set aside for academics. Our academics chairwomen, also has put together many brunches, library hour competitions, and other fun incentives for our sisters to head to the library. In Pi Beta, academics is a priority for all of our sisters. This has resulted in many awards, including both fall 2017,2018, 2019, and 2020 new member classes winning overall highest GPA.
Mads DeGrandpre
Your sisterhood in Delta Zeta is not just for four years, but for life. Which is why, in Pi Beta, we strive to ensure a positive and strong relationship with our amazing alumnae. Every October, Pi Beta hosts an brunch to show our alumni how we are doing and catch up with them. We also send out monthly news letters. We have an active alumni Facebook page where we always want to hear what amazing things our alumni are doing post college.

ALUMNAE RELATIONS
LEADERSHIP
Pi Beta offers a wide variety of leadership experiences. Our chapter believes that every one of our sisters has the potential to be a leader. Starting during the new member process, our new member educator facilitates a board within their new member class. These positions all include actual position within the chapter, giving the girls a chance to learn about the opportunities they will have once initiated.
All sisters in the chapter are encouraged to apply for leadership positions. Pi Beta offers over 20 positions, with ever growing opportunities. Overseen by our vice president of programming, our sisters are always supported and be the best leaders they can be.
PARENTS
We love our parents and are so grateful for everything they do for us. To celebrate them, we have a Delta Zeta parents day at the end of every spring semester. We invite our parents in to thank them and show them what their support means to us. This past semester, our vice president of membership put together a beautiful brunch where we were able to come together for a few hours and give our parents a little taste of how special our community is.
